Technical Engineer

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Robotics, or Electronics Engineering
At least 1 year of IT technical support experience in Japan
Bilingual in Chinese and Japanese, with business-level communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of high-performance computing, deep learning, and embodied-AI related technologies
Experience in building technical support or service systems
Master’s degree or higher

Optimization of multilingual support for software platform products
Market research in Japan (HPC + AI cluster management, service robots, etc.)
Requirements alignment with Japanese clients, including product presentations and demos
