Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Majors in finance, accounting, commerce, or related fields are preferred
  • Experience in finance-related tasks
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese and English; Japanese at business level
  • Familiarity with business negotiations, administrative procedures, and general affairs operations in Tokyo
  • A team-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience studying abroad in Europe or the United States, with strong English reading, writing, and conversational skills
  • Knowledge in legal affairs, taxation, and compliance
  • Ability to demonstrate crisis management skills, an innovation-oriented mindset, and leadership

Job Description

  • Organizing and entering financial data, supporting expense reimbursement, and following up on accounts receivable
  • Preparing quotations and contract ledgers, creating cost comparison sheets, and organizing sales documents
  • Document organization and translation in both Chinese and Japanese, preparing meeting minutes, and managing internal and external information sharing
  • General administrative tasks, including document management, meeting arrangements, and onboarding/offboarding procedures
